2. What we collect
Data you provide: name, e-mail, company and WhatsApp in contact or diagnostic forms, used only to answer the conversation you requested. Navigation data: Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel cookies, for aggregate audience measurement, with IP anonymization enabled.
3. Sharing and retention
Data is processed only by the technical operators that run this site: Netlify (hosting and forms), Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel). We never sell or trade your data. These operators run servers outside Brazil; international transfer relies on the providers’ own contractual safeguards, under article 33 of the LGPD. Form data is kept while the conversation lasts or until you request deletion; analytics data follows the tools’ standard retention (14 months).
